I just ordered my first item from Rove, so not yet able to speak directly to the quality of the chaise I bought, but I want to say that the sales staff has been world-class fabulous in responding to any questions I had and providing me all the information I needed to evaluate the various options I was considering. They answered every inquiry promptly and thoroughly; I couldn't have asked for more. Dealing with Rove was the best online shopping experience I've ever had, and probably the easiest and most friendly furniture purchase I've ever made, either online or in-store.
