Simple transaction, but read the shipping policy
Shipping policy requires customer to remove items from the truck him/herself, as well as inspecting for damage before accepting delivery - this means you must unwrap items on the truck before removing them yourself! Not very convenient...

Thanks so much for leaving us your feedback. For Canadian orders our standard shipping is curb side 99% of the time. Usually the driver will have take the items off the truck for you on the pallet. You then can inspect it by your driveway or curbside. For our USA customers all standard deliveries are threshold which means delivered to the first dry area.
