I was inquiring about purchasing 2 chairs through live chat; while I did receive a reply to my initial message, the subsequent questions were not followed up. I decided to call the phone number provided instead and had a wonderful experience with (I believe) the same person who I was messaging earlier. Maybe having someone dedicated to just the messaging would be helpful.
