Just made my first purchase with Rove. I haven't received the goods yet so this relates only to their pre sales service. I had several chats with their reps via the online chat service and on each occasion they were friendly and able to quickly answer my quite detailed questions. It was clear they had great product knowledge and it's what convinced me to purchase. Looking forward to getting the furniture and hopefully I'll still have a 5 star opinion of this company.
