I have yet to receive my order, so I cannot comment on the product itself. My experience with the customer service with Rove Concepts, so far, has been really excellent. They answer emails and phone calls quickly, and strive to do the best they can. I really love that I can order fabric swatches at no charge. That's a service I find very valuable and speaks to the importance they place on the customer. I'm looking forward to receiving my chair and lamps!!
