I was skeptical ordering furniture online as I prefer to see, touch and feel items in person before making a decision. Often times things that looked online turn out to be garbage in person. But we love the original designs that Rove carries and can't really afford the prices as DWR. I found Rove and their reproductions through some researching online. After several email exchanges with customer support (who were both stellar and prompt in their replies even on weekends), my wife and I decided to just go for it. And WOW! When the furniture arrived it far exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish was fantastic. Soft close hinges and drawer slides. Very solid feel from real wood. Expertly packed to protect during transit. Our first order was a test order to see if we liked the quality of the furniture.
