I went to the Vancouver showroom this morning to buy a chair that I saw on their website. I didn't know that they don't keep stock at that location. One of the customer service representatives was very nice and told me that I could order it online and get 20% off on top of the sale price. I hugged him gratefully :)

When I returned home and ordered it online, something went wrong at the last step after entering my credit card number. I called their 1-800 number and was able to complete my order on the phone. The representative on the phone was very professional too. He helped to change my order because I received a $25 off coupon for signing up their newsletter.

This is my first time buying anything from this company. I've never heard of them until yesterday :) Overall I had a great shopping experience.
