We ordered 8 dining room chairs. Although we LOVE the product, it took longer than promised to arrive by delivery and we had to contact Rove to check in on where our order was. It seemed their was a miscommunication between the delivery company and Rove. We were given a $100 store credit for the inconvenience which was a kind gesture.
