I loved the chat assistance feature, never had to wait for more than a few seconds to get a reply.

I had a lot of confusion setting up an account and getting a password set. It took way longer than it should have.

I wish the tracking info and delivery dates were a little bit more precisely estimated, I have no idea if I'm going to be able to be around because I have no idea when the boxes will show up. All I know is it will be sometime in december. That's not very helpful.
