I have to applaud Tara the customer service representative. She began by assisting me via the online chat. This was extremely helpful! I highly recommend asking questions when the chat pops up. She then proceeded to assist me via telephone and help me complete my purchase. I could not have asked for better customer service. Tara is a Superstar! Can't wait to get my table and chairs. Will purchase from Rove Concepts again!
