I found the furniture on the Rove Concepts website was contemporary and quite beautiful, I decided to visit the showroom in Vancouver and it happened to be on a sale day!
I was not greeted when I came into the store, as well there was someone vacuuming at the entrance when I came into the store. Shortly after I was approached by a helpful salesperson (Peter). I really appreciated his patience, knowledge and input into making a decision on a chair. He did give me some samples of colour to help in decision making. Later in the day I decided on a sofa. On my return the person at the desk greeted me immediately and help me right away. He was knowledgeable and again provided me with some good information and help in making the right colour choice. The selection of furniture was good and well represented on the website. The staff was well informed and helpful (although I was not initially acknowledged when coming into the store I did appreciate there was no intense sales pressure!)
I think they have great furniture and am very excited about the purchase!
