I purchased a Andrej Sideboard online after first viewing in person at the showroom. The showroom staff were helpful and pleasant, and did not pressure for a sale at all. In fact they were so nonchalant about walk-in customers that I would have liked a little more attention without having to actively engage the staff.

I asked for the item to be shipped to the Delta warehouse for self pick-up. My minor complaint is that the store staff did not seem familiar with the warehouse hours and procedures. I asked the store staff what the warehouse hours were, and they thought it was M-F from 8-4. They then asked me to call the warehouse directly to confirm. I then found that the warehouse actually offers extended hours for pick-up until 9pm, which is even better! As a customer, the store + warehouse are both part of the purchase experience and I would have liked closer integration between the two. The warehouse pick-up itself was easy to navigate and very professional.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase experience and would happily recommend them.
