During the Black Friday sales at Rove Concepts, I was unable to reach a sales person so I sent an email That email was confirmed and the rep was kind enough to allow me the full sales price after the holiday sales time passed. I called and the transaction went smoothly, The rep was very helpful and now I look forward to receiving my custom piece even though it will take 10 to 14 weeks. Thank you Dale MacDonald
