I wanted to buy a tulip chair for a Christmas gift, and to my delight, it was on sale - with a further 15% discount coupon.

Unfortunately, I ran into problems figuring out how to order it from the website. I'd almost given up when it looked as though my chair, on sale for $170, was going to cost $249 for delivery alone and take 16 weeks to get here.

But I had excellent help from Peter, who was texting me when I first checked out the website, and from two gentlemen at the 1-800 number when I had multiple questions (some dumber than others). Stu, the last guy, graciously typed my online order in himself.

The result: no delivery charge (because we'll pick it up from the warehouse), assurances that it would be here in two weeks, and a final bill of $140 plus change for a chair I've seen locally for $200 more than that.
