I ordered 8 wishbone chairs. The order was placed on Nov 13 and the chairs were delivered via freight by NSD on Dec 4 They came on two wooden pallets, four boxed chairs per pallet wrapped in thick layers of plastic. The truckers had a forklift right in the truck and placed the pallets right into my garage. Everything looked great until i opened the last chair on the last pallet long after the shipping truck left. The rear right leg was snapped and crushed in four sections. I immediately went on the Rove site and filed a claim and uploaded five photos, including one of the entire shipment before i started unpacking. That was Friday the 4th by Monday the 7th i had an email from the claims manager, James letting me know that a replacement chair was in the system. The chair was shipped fedex on Dec 11 and im sitting on it on Dec 12 typing this review. Absolutely amazing customer service. i dont know of any company shipping anything out next day to fix an issue. oh, and the chairs are absolutely beautiful and well made as well. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from these guys soon and telling all my friends about it.
