I ordered two Womb chairs in November, just before Thanksgiving. The shipping company had difficulty understanding that we were out of town for the holiday. We informed them as clearly as we could. We still got a call stating that they would be delivering in 45 minutes and to be ready. Even if we had supersonic transport, we could not have been ready for them. This is not a reflection on Rove Concepts but on the local shipping company which may have been overwhelmed with Christmas deliveries.
