We ordered the Marcus Dining table and were extremely satisfied. The table is even better looking in person, and it is obviously well made. The shipping was also much faster than anticipated. There was only one problem during assembly: there is a metal holder that goes underneath the table top for holding the leaf when not in use, and the screws used to attach this piece to the table snapped during assembly, leaving the bottom half of the screws stuck in the wood and we were not able to attach the leaf holder. We contacted Rove and they offered a partial refund (not even store credit, which was an excellent offer since we might not necessarily be purchasing something else from them). They seem to be very good at resolving claims with customers, which is great since buying furniture online can be hit or miss. We were so happy with both the quality of the table and the responsive customer service that we are about to order our dining chairs from them as well.
