I ordered a chair for my client and had a decent experience. I tried to order online but the website would not take the promotion at check out so I called the company directly. The person on the phone was terrific and placed the order for me. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. The lead time on the piece I ordered is extrememly long, but my customer is willing to wait. We have not received it yet so I cannot rate the product
