Rove Concepts has beautiful furniture and designs and it was basically love at first sight! Some of their furniture is a little bit on the pricey side but the quality is excellent and if you are patient, there are some amazing sales that they offer! My friend and I bought a pendant light, a side table and a couple of dining chairs from them. Firstly, the quality is sturdy, the finishes are all beautifully done, and the order process was very smooth.

We were updated through every step - from getting an email confirming our order, to our shipment information, and when it got to the Warehouse. The Warehouse would always follow up with us to see when we would pick up the orders and were very happy to group all the orders together for our inconvenience.

In addition, one of the chairs lacked one felt pad at the bottom. We asked Rove if they could send us one and they responded really fast and were happy to take care of the cost and ship it directly to our apartment. This was a nice change after having frustrations with the CS departments in other furniture stores.

All in all, keep doing what you are doing, Rove! You have one happy customer.
