We ordered 2 Wishbone Chairs in the standard walnut finish. Before I placed the order, I was able to get information and questions answered immediately through the chat line. The chairs arrived quickly in about a week. They look great! Exactly like the photos. We are very happy with them. I would only say to make sure you turn the chair over to inspect the rope "tie off" underneath. On one of ours, the end of the rope was facing outward- not toward the middle of the seat like the other. The large staple was coming loose and the end of the rope hung down below the seat line. I needed to hammer the staple back in place and gently wrap the end of the cord BACK towards the center of the seat and tuck it in. The way the cord ends should face the center of the seat and not need to be wrapped backwards; the cording should be uniform and consistent in all chairs.
