If you are including White Glove Delivery with your purchase, when the freight company calls to schedule the delivery, you will need to make sure they know the furniture is to be installed. My delivery guys were instructed to only deliver the table, unpack it, and leave. After a couple calls where they could not get immediate confirmation and my insistence that I had paid for this service, the guys put the table together. I was given a $100 credit to use in the store, but I wish it had gone smoothly from the start - especially when they use the term "white glove delivery".
