After hours of on-line and in store searches, I decided to purchase a lounge chair from Rove Concepts. The on-line reviews from multiple sources were encouraging, and the answers to all of my questions on the Rove Concept web site were consistent with what I had learned about the company and its products. I expected to wait longer for my chair, but it was delivered to my front door within two weeks of ordering. The packing was impressive; the delivery service was on time and courteous. I did have to file a claim concerning the condition of the ottoman, which was handled my satisfaction. I will be ordering additional pieces from Rove Concepts and have encouraged my friends to do so as well.
