I've both shopped at this store in person in Vancouver, as well as ordered online from them. Their customer service is excellent -- always friendly and helpful; and their product offering is great -- equally good quality as the high-end competition with prices orders of magnitude lower. I will be buying a lot more from them as I furnish my new apartment!
