I have recently purchased the Lounge Chair and Ottoman from Rove and I was very pleased with the detail of the reproduction compared to the original piece. A few months in, there was a defect in a part of the chair and Rove quickly addressed the issue. It was because of this quality of service that I have elected to purchase from Rove yet again.

The only negative aspect to my experiences with Rove is the shipping options for us Canadians that assume a reasonable approach for standard shipping is charging customers $200 and having the customer unload the truck themselves while not being insured or bonded for injury like professional delivery teams.
