With much skepticism I placed my order for the Lounge chair on Feb 6th 2016. The chair was received Feb. 16th FULLY assembled in a large box. The box was in great condition and the chair/ottoman were packed impeccably. I am extremely impressed with the build quality of the chair, and its overall appearance. It seems nothing was overlooked during production. I will be purchasing future rove furniture based on this experience. My only gripe is that I am six foot two and the chair has no head/neck support. That buy no means is a dis, as it is part of the original design but a slight warning to taller customers.
