the people at Rove were very responsive and supportive through the process of buying a chair and lamp. im on the east coast, so i had a few questions that they answered timely. Only hiccup was during checkout and having issues with some of the promo codes that they were offering on their site not working. that is still pending so im crossing my fingers!
