I had called to inquire about local pick up and asked if the chairs on sale would remain on sale for long, and was told there was no plan to change the price. After I confirmed that someone could pick them up for me at the warehouse, I went online again to complete my order and found the sale price had nearly doubled! I called back and asked if they could make an exception for me since I had only spoken to their sales agent the day before. They happily honoured the lower sale price for me and completed my order over the phone. Very happy with their service, and excited for my beautiful new chairs.
