We ordered few items, Egg Chair, Shell Chair, Tulip Table Top oval marble and 6 Norman Side Chairs. Because the Egg Chair and Shell Chair were made to order, we had to wait few weeks to get our items. I called many time to get an update and each time someone was able to give me the status of my order. When I received the shipment, everything was very well wrapped and protected. Despite the perfect wrapping, one chair was a little bit chipped on the side, I called customer service and they were very responsive. I filled out a claim with picture and within a week they sent me a new one. Good job! very rare to find a customer service as helpful and efficient. Thank you!
