We purchased 4 Holm dining chairs from Rove. LOVE them and they look fantastic. The whole process from ordering to wait times (just 2 weeks) to picking up the order at the Delta warehouse was smooth. However, I do want to mention that two dining chairs each had a peg missing the end cap on the bottom. Luckily my husband is very handy and fixed the issue by making his own little caps, but I imagine for others they would have had to follow up with Rove, etc. Overall, we are still very happy with our experience and would shop at Rove again.
