Second Time Around
I had previously thought that I had placed an order and apparently didn't push the right key to finalize it. After a month of waiting I called to ask where my furniture was (not thinking 10 to 14 months instead of weeks).
The next step was checking with Visa to see if I had any charges from you. There were none and II have since re-ordered and in a pinch on the delivery timing, particularly having to wait for production on one of the items. Ten weeks seems like a long time for items reportedly in stock. In re-ordering I was constantly interrupted by your communications window being on top of what I was trying to see and act to.
I certainly hope something can be done on your delivery date (I'm un opposed to increased shipping charges if necessary). It is such a pleasure to have your products available at your pricing - I purchased my first Eames chairs in 1954. There in no better design.
