We ordered the 52" Tulip table and 4 chairs with leather cushions. One of the chairs had a scratch mark and when I called customer service, they were extremely helpful. After sending them some photos, a new chair was sent out almost immediately and received in perfect condition. I'd pondered ordering this table and chairs online...and now I'm so happy with them that I'm definitely going to be ordering more items from this company, without worry!
