We just purchased a reproduction Eames lounge chair and ottoman. It was delivered this morning. The purchase process was impeccable. I had a few questions that were answered over email immediately and I liked very much how the store dealt with customer service issues. I was informed when the chair and ottoman were ready to leave the warehouse and I had a tracking number at all times. The preparation for shipping done by Rove should be prize winning. The chair could have been shipped to the moon: each piece of the chair was carefully wrapped and every interior space of the box had been cushioned either with foam to protect the sides of the chair or with air-filled cushions. There was a thin wood platform inside the box as well. And all of this was in a very sturdy, plastic wrapped cardboard box that was attached to a wooden platform. Impeccable. Given how I live in a small rural town, the last leg of the shipment was done by a local delivery company. The woman who delivered the chair was great. This company's office staff, however, could use a lesson in courtesy. The chair, itself, is extremely well-made, smooth edges, soft buttery leather. Everything I would have accepted with the original. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!
