We are very happy with our furniture from Rove. We did have an issue with our delivery where we paid an up charge for white glove, and the delivery person was told by a contractor (while we weren't home) to just leave it boxed. Rather than calling me to confirm this change, they just left the large furniture crates - which I then had to unbox and discard. When I called to inquire about the White Glove delivery that didn't occur, they weren't flexible on reducing the fee although the service wasn't provided. While I can see their point, I think they are overly rigid and I would have handled it differently if it were my company.
