We recently ordered 8 DAW molded plastic arm chairs and experienced excellent service. I liked being able to track my order. When the distribution company was taking a little longer than I expected to deliver the chairs, I contacted ROVE Concepts and they looked into this for me immediately and kept me up to date. My experience was the OPPOSITE experience from dealing with a big box store where you can never seem to reach the right department. Or, even when you do talk to someone, you never feel that you're in good hands.

I felt that ROVE Concepts employees were looking out for me and my order. The chairs arrived in great condition and I'm so happy with them. I will definitely use ROVE Concepts again.
