I've bought several pieces of furniture from Rove Concepts and I'm thrilled with each of them. My aunt has an original 'Charles and Ray' chair and ottoman which we have all loved over the years. I didn't want to spend over $6K for a chair so I bought a similar one from Rove Concepts. I don't see any difference in quality and my chair is every bit as comfortable as my aunt's chair. I'm equally pleased with my other purchases from Rove, as well.

A few months ago, I ordered a daybed and after a long wait, Rove informed me that it couldn't fill my order because of quality issues with the production. At first, I was disappointed, then I was thrilled that Rove took this position and saved me the inconveniences and headaches of dealing with a piece of furniture that might not be the quality I expected. They refunded my deposit and gave me a discount for a future purchase.

I was more than pleased with this outcome and quickly found another chair I wanted. When that chair is delivered and I'm using it in my home, I'll be confident that it meets my standards as well as Rove's standards of quality.
