Recently ordered and received Eames Lounge Chair. Delivery was in 1 week, exceptional. Packaging was in very rigid and large cardboard box with wood bottom and fully wrapped in bubble wrap and other soft materials. Even supplied white gloves to unpackage the chair. Workmanship is flawless, comfort is amazing. Ordered another matching chair we liked it so much. Communications were fast and straightforward. I have read many of the negative on line comments about Rove but have also seen just as many if not more positive reviews of this firm. We couldn't be happier.
