They are very helpful. However, they don't offer samples of their wood options so I'm quite worried that my chair will come and I wont like the leather/wood combination and I will be left stuck with a chair I don't like. The people that helped me on the web chat were helpful but I don't think they really understood now colours aren't accurate in pictures or on screens compared to real life. I am excited about having the chair but very anxious about seeing how it looks and the quality of the furniture I will receive... something as simple as not liking a colour combination could taint my experience and cause me to go elsewhere for future orders.

UPDATE: I have received my chair. The leather and wood combination clashes. Very much regretting the purchase.
