This is my second purchase from Rove Concepts. 1st purchase was the Rove Lounge chair - that chair had some minor imperfections but James over in claims helped resolve my issues and with the credit given I was able to get the chair repaired. For my second purchase, although I had reservations I went ahead and purchased the Rove Pavilion Chair in Palermo Caramel.

The chair is beautiful, no imperfections and the leather was of high quality. After looking online at pictures of the same chair people the colors varied, some light and some dark - I waned the darker of the batch, so I put a note in and they sent the color I wanted. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone.
