I called and the customer service rep was able to tell me that my item was available, where it was being shipped from, and included an estimated delivery date. I was told that my item was made up of 2 pieces, and that one piece had to be shipped to the other, so that the 2 pieces could ship together. I was advised that this may had a few days to the delivery time. I was thrilled when I got the call that my table had arrived on the day I had only expected it to be shipped!

The delivery company was able to drop off at my home the next day and gave an accurate delivery time window. The only downside was that there was only 1 person to deliver, when my table was a 2 person job. I didn't mind helping but wasn't expecting to do any heavy lifting.

The quality of the table was exceptional (walnut top) and I wouldn't hesitate from ordering from this company again.
