Over the course of two days, I communicated with three representatives, via chat, email, and phone. All of my questions were answered knowledgeably, patiently, and comprehensively. When a representative was unsure of the answer, time was taken to check with others to obtain the correct answer. Since I was unable to visit the showroom in person because of distance, the level of attention inspired confidence.

I ordered two Rove Lounge Chairs and Ottomans, which are expected to be delivered by the end of his month. If they live up to the descriptions and photographs, I expect to be very happy with them. I'm sorry to learn that Rove is discontinuing this item, but in a way it's reassuring to know that they did it because their supplier changed an item of hardware and Rove did not feel that it met their standard of performance.

I'm very happy with my sales experience. I'm looking forward to receiving my chairs to see if my experience with the product is equally as good.
