Everything about researching furniture and completing my purchase on the Rove website was great and easy. I even had a very helpful pop-up chat that explained why certain items were in stock, and price differences. And the chair itself is great. Delivery with Ceva Logistics was a disaster. After seeing that my chair had shipped ten days earlier but I hadn't been contacted for delivery, I checked Ceva's website, which noted they'd "called me twice and left voicemails" which was completely untrue. When I finally called them, they scheduled the delivery and told me they'd send me an email confirmation (they didn't). But the chair finally arrived and the delivery guy was great, just a long delay for no reason.
