Great shipping experience, it arrived on time, in time, in perfect condition. The delivery man was very professional, very reassuring and went beyond his described duties to put the chair where it belonged.
But then I sat in the chair...and was shocked at just how uncomfortable it was! I remember the Knoll Womb chairs we had ordered for our clients and how I would tell everyone that the Womb chair was the most comfortable chair on Earth.
Now I can't.
