Very good experience
Purchase process was very easy. However, I am a little disappointed with their return policy. Number of online vendors are offering free returns (for anything from 30 to 365 days), without paying any restocking fees. Rove seems to be the exception here. Havent received my purchase yet, and hopefully wont have to return it, but it made it a lot harder to commit to making a big purchase...and we are just left hoping it works out.

Although we may have a less flexible policy than other online vendors, if there's ever a problem with our products you can read from numerous other reviews that our customer care is very responsive. Should there be an issue with your product upon arrival, be sure to check immediately and let us know if there's anything wrong within 3 days of receiving and we'll get back to you.
