Correspondence both by phone and through email was prompt, efficient and curtious. I was bothered by the cookies that the site website left. Ads appeared on my computer for the item I was interested in at a lower price. When I pursued it the ad was in American $ yet never had I been on the American site. I am nervous making such a large purchase on line sight unseen. I would love to post a review once I have received the product in 14 weeks.
