I've purchased multiple items from Rove Concepts. Each time I'm impressed with how user-friendly their online store is. Plus, their customer "chat" service pops up immediately if you do need a little help or more information. However, the primary reason I continue to shop at Rove Concepts is the quality of their products. I did extensive research of other vendors offering similar products; customer reviews, product specifications, materials, faithfullness to the original designs, etc. before finally settling on Rove and I've not been disappointed yet.
