I love my chair, enjoyed my Rove experience, the delivery however, not great. I had confirmation of arrival on a set date, called to confirm again, only to be snarked at to say yes of course the item was out for delivery. Called again as it approached the end of the window, to be told the item had already been delivered - it had not. Turned out the chair was still sitting on the dock. I will say however, after the initial issue, the second attempt at delivery was wonderful.

Chair is wonderful, soft and looks great in my studio apartment.
