I ordered my chair online after going to look at it in the showroom. I didn't want to pay for shipping since it cost more than my chair did so I drove over to delta to pick it up. Everyone at the warehouse was friendly. They helped load it into my car. My entire experience was pretty painless. The chair was decently easy to put together. Overall I'm happy with the product and my experience.
