Product quality is very good, but it's clear that this item was out of the box before shipped. It's a chair and the base was dirty and has a small ding in it. Not a big deal, but not optimal either. Delivery company was pretty clear that they would only leave the box at the front door. wouldn't help locate it into the house or take the cardboard. Again, not a killer, but would have been nice.
