Very good experience. My only issue was with support. Asked a question via email after not getting through to live chat and got no response. Finally got system to respond appropriately after several more attempts, so solved my own problem. Only other suggestion would be to have pictures of other selections when changing color choices, etc. I chose a white marble table as opposed to pictured choice, but have not seen a finished product picture.
