I have ordered from Rove Concepts several times. Each time, the sales reps have been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The furniture I have received all seems to be of high quality, and I am pleased with the overall aesthetic.

Couple of downfalls of ordering with Rove:
- I have had multiple negative experiences with their third party delivery companies.
- The return policy is incredibly harsh. I ordered one chair and decided that I wanted to get six of them in a different color. To exchange the original chair, there was a 15% restocking fee + no refund on the original shipping (to be expected) + buyer-covered shipping. By the time I return this chair, I might as well have kept it!
